Become A Member

You may become a member of SPABC by completing Sign Up Online.

Your membership will be reviewed and presented to the entire SPABC membership. Once the membership review has been completed, you will be invited to join the association. Upon receipt of your dues, you will be sent a complete membership package that will include a generic Agency Agreement with related documents and the Privacy Manual (additional costs apply), access codes to the members only section of the website and other valuable materials and documents.

Members are welcome to use their user name and code to access our Members only section. You will find the minutes from both our members meetings and our board meetings.

Additionally, you will also find useful SPABC PDF files, such as our code of ethics, SPABC constitution, Bylaws template, employee contracts and related notes, and much more.

If you have missed-placed or lost your access codes, contact the Executive Director at info@spabc.org. Your membership status will be confirmed and the access information will be emailed to you shortly thereafter.

Membership dues are $840.00 or $525.00 per annum, fees are dependent upon the size and location of the company. Companies based outside of the Lower Mainland and single proprietorships (where the owner is the only Property Manager) will be charged a flat fee of $525.00. Additional one time only charges will apply for special project materials. Currently the Agency Agreement with related documents and the Privacy Manual.
